Wolf Builders is a commercial & high-end luxury residential development company with  a proven track record for delivering first-class quality projects on time and within budget.  Established over 40 years ago, Wolf Builders is firmly rooted in the McHenry County marketplace and uniquely qualified to navigate and expedite the development process. From assisting with entitlement and municipality questions, to construction coordination, our staff works together as a team to get the job done right.

Wolf Builders was founded in 1970 by Donald Wolf Sr. His 2 sons Donald Jr. and David joined the team in 1993 and together, with Donald Jr. leading the team, they've constructed dozens of single-family homes and nearly 800,000 square feet of commercial space including notable projects such as: 265 Exchange Drive in Crystal Lake IL, Wolf Business Center in Huntley IL, and North Ridge Center in Crystal Lake IL.
